AI Personal Styling Service
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email address, profile photo from Google OAuth), photos you upload for style analysis, and payment information processed via our payment provider. We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service, including generating AI style reports from your uploaded photos; (b) process payments and manage your credit balance; (c) send transactional emails (report completion, purchase receipts); (d) detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Photo Data
Photos you upload are transmitted to our AI analysis pipeline (powered by GPT-4o Vision via our API provider) solely to generate your style reports. Photos are stored in our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are accessible only under your account. We do not use your photos to train AI models, sell them to third parties, or share them beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud storage, AI API, payment processor, authentication); (b) as required by law or to protect our legal rights. All third-party providers are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
5. Payment Information
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number or banking details. Paddle handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Please review Paddle's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated reports and uploaded photos are retained to allow you to access past results. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and data portability. 9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and protect your account credentials.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
