1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DALA.style ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DALA.style is an AI-powered personal image consulting platform. Users upload photos, which are analyzed by AI vision models to generate personalized style reports and multi-page style books. The Service is provided on a credits-based model — users purchase credits and spend them to generate reports.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Purchases and Credits
Credits are purchased in fixed packages. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits do not expire and are not a subscription — you are charged only for the package you purchase. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
5. User Content
By uploading photos, you grant DALA.style a limited, non-exclusive license to process those images solely for the purpose of generating your style reports. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties. You retain ownership of all photos you upload.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that violates any third party's rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. Automated access (scraping, bots) is prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated style reports and images produced for you are provided for your personal use. DALA.style retains rights in the underlying technology, prompts, and platform. You may not resell or redistribute generated content commercially without explicit permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated style suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Results may vary based on photo quality and individual characteristics.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DALA.style shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
