Refund Policy

All credit purchases on DALA.style are final and non-refundable. Once a credit pack has been purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated style reports or style books.
• Unused credits remaining in your account.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Account inactivity or discontinuation of use.

Exception — Technical Failure

If a technical error on our platform causes credits to be deducted without a report or style book being generated, we will restore the deducted credits to your account. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
